Super Vidalista is a combination drug that contains two active ingredients. It contains 20mg of Tadalafil and 60mg of Dapoxetine. This combination drug is effective in treating both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Erectile dysfunction is a condition where a man is unable to get and sustain an erection for a sexual intercourse. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner than desired, before, during or after penetration even with minimum sexual stimulation.
Tadalafil belongs to a class of drugs called PDE5 inhibitors. It specifically works in treating erectile dysfunction by preventing the action of PDE5 in breaking down cGMP in the penis. Increased levels of cGMP lead to smooth muscle relaxation thus increasing blood flow to produce an erection.
The other active ingredient of the drug, Dapoxetine, is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It helps with premature ejaculation by increasing the level of serotonin to increase serotonin activity in the nervous system, thus delaying ejaculation reflex and extends IELT or the time from vaginal penetration to ejaculation time, improving a man’s control over ejaculation.
With these combination, the drug is effective in improving one’s sexual health. This drug will only help produce an erection when a man is sexually aroused, with the presence of sexual stimulation. It does not cure erectile dysfunction nor it increases a man’s libido. This drug does not prevent pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

Side effects
Common side effects of Super Vidalista include headache, dizziness, nausea, sinus pain, nasal congestion, muscle pain, sore throat, diarrhea, indigestion or heartburn, flushing, cough, decreased libido, dry mouth, and drowsiness. A healthcare professional must be contacted if these side effects persist or become worse.
Use of Super Vidalista must be stopped and healthcare professionals must be notified right away for any of the following serious side effects:
- Ringing in the ears or sudden loss of hearing
- Vision changes or sudden vision loss
- Irregular heartbeat
- Seizures
- Lightheadedness or fainting when standing up
- Swelling of hands, ankles, feet
- Shortness of breath
- Mood changes
- Thoughts of suicide or harming one’s self
- Heart attack symptoms including chest pain, pain spreading to jaw, shoulder or left arm, nausea and sweating
- Painful erection or erection lasting more than 4 hours, which can cause further damage to the penis
- Signs of allergic reaction including hives, trouble breathing and swallowing, swelling of face, throat, lips, tongue
Warnings and Precautions
Consulting a physician is necessary prior to taking Super Vidalista, in order to determine the safety of using the drug. To make sure the drug is safe for use, healthcare professionals must be informed of any of the following medical conditions:
- Heart attack in the past 90 days
- History of stroke or congestive heart failure in the past 6 months

- Bleeding disorder

- Retinitis pigmentosa
- Deformity of penis
- Epilepsy
- At risk of high pressure in eyes
- Mental health problems
Super Vidalista may also interact with other medications such as, but not limited to:
- Some antibiotics
- Some antifungal drugs
- HIV medications
- Alpha blockers and other antihypertensive drugs
- Medications for mental health
- Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
- Medicines for blood such as Warfarin

Contraindications
Super Vidalista must not be taken by those with known allergy to both active ingredients Tadalafil and Dapoxetine, and all the tablet’s inactive ingredients.
Super Vidalista is contraindicated to patients with the following health conditions:
- Heart problems
- History of fainting
- Mania or depression
- Moderate to severe liver impairment
- dehydration
This drug must not be used when a patient is taking any of the following:
- Riociguat.
- Nitrates
- Recreational drugs
- Medicines for depression
- Some medicines for mental health
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitor
- St. John’s wort
Men advised to avoid sexual activity due to medical reasons must not use Super Vidalista.
Super Vidalista and Alcohol
Consuming large amounts of alcohol when taking Super Vidalista may increase the chances of experiencing side effects such as headache, drowsiness, dizziness, low blood pressure and fast heartbeat. It may also increase the risk of injury from fainting. Drinking alcohol while using this drug is not recommended.
Super Vidalista and Grapefruit
Consuming grapefruit products must be avoided while taking this drug as it may cause interaction and result in undesirable effects.
Dosage
The dosage of this drug will depend on the medical condition to be treated, age of patient, the strength of the drug, among other factors. A physician will determine the right dosage per patient.
A tablet of Super Vidalista must be taken orally, swallowed whole with a glass full of water and may be taken with or without food. This drug must only be taken as needed about an hour before sexual activity. It is not intended for daily use. One tablet is the maximum dose per day with 24 hours apart from the next dose.
This medication is intended for use by men aged 18 to 64 years. It should not be used by children and women.
